
Braised Liver with Vegetables
Description
This recipe adds vegetables to the basic braised liver recipe. Certainly a home-run at our house!
Ingredients
Liver
Onions
Carrots
Celery
Tomatoes
Instructions
- Braise liver
- Season.
- Place in a greased casserole dish.
- Pour cooked tomatoes over.
- Cover and cook. Bake at 1 ½hr.in oven (350).
