Description

This recipe adds vegetables to the basic braised liver recipe. Certainly a home-run at our house!


Ingredients

Liver

Onions

Carrots

Celery

Tomatoes


Instructions

  1. Braise liver
  2. Season. 
  3. Place in a greased casserole dish.
  4. Pour cooked tomatoes over.
  5. Cover and cook. Bake at 1 ½hr.in oven (350).
