By using or viewing this website (collectively, including all content and functionality available through the theanyonecanfarmexperience.com domain name, the “Website”), you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service”). If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the Website.

ACCOUNTS

In order to purchase The Anyone Can Farm Experience, LLC products you may need to create a user account. You may never use another’s account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure.

Certain parts of our Website are only accessible to members with purchased memberships accounts (“Paid Memberships levels”). If you are a homestead, wanting to learn the craft of homesteading,  you want to create a  Membership Account, please purchase one of the packages available within the website. Whether you create a standard account or a membership account you must notify The Anyone Can Farm Experience, LLC immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Although The Anyone Can Farm Experience, LLC will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of The Anyone Can Farm Experience, LLC or others due to such unauthorized use.

PRIVACY POLICY

You agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy which are hereby incorporated into these Terms of Service.

AGREEMENT TO PAY FOR PURCHASES

You agree to pay for all purchases you make through the Website, and that The Anyone Can Farm Experience, LLC, or it payment processor, may charge your credit card as provided by you. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL FEES, TAXES, AND CHARGES AND FOR PROVIDING THE ANYONE CAN FARM EXPERIENCE, LLC WITH VALID CREDIT CARD DETAILS FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEES, TAXES, AND CHARGES MADE THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT. All fees and charges will be billed to the credit card/Paypal/Venmo account that you provide.

The Anyone Can Farm Experience, LLC allows certain accounts to set up automatic recurring payments. If you want to designate a different credit card/PayPal/Venmo, or if there is a change in your credit card status, you must change the credit card information associated with your account. There may be a temporary disruption to automatic purchases until The Anyone Can Farm Experience, LLC can verify the validity of the new credit card/PayPal/Venmo.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS FOR PRODUCT PURCHASES CONSTITUTE YOUR AGREEMENT AND INTENT TO BE BOUND BY AND TO PAY FOR SUCH AGREEMENTS AND PURCHASES.

SHIPPING

All shirts, hat orders, stickers, and other products sold on the www.theanyonecanfarmexperience.com website are sent UPS, USPS, or FedEx ground unless otherwise prearranged. IMMEDIATELY UNPACK AND EXAMINE FOR DEFECTS AND ACCURACY OF ORDER.

RETURNS

We take pride in our products and want to be aware of any defects in quality. In order to provide the highest level of quality assurance, all returns need to be preapproved and assigned an RMA# by The Anyone Can Farm, LLC. Please include this RMA# with your return. Return shipping must be paid by the customer unless otherwise arranged. USER COMMENTS

The Anyone Can Farm Experience, LLC will terminate a user’s access to the Website if, under appropriate circumstances, they are determined to be a repeat infringer or otherwise a nuisance to the Website. The Anyone Can Farm Experience, LLC, reserves the sole and exclusive right to decide whether a comment or any other user submission is appropriate and complies with these Terms of Service for violations other than copyright infringement, such as but not limited to obscene, defamatory, or just plain obnoxious material.
